Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: The Jamie Oliver Gift Pack Giveaway 2023 (the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of YesChef Ltd. (“Sponsor”) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
How to Enter: The Giveaway begins on June 8, 2023, at 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends on September 23, 2023, at 11:59 pm PST (the “Entry Period”). You can enter the Giveaway in the following ways:
- Automatic Entry: Every purchase made on YesChef.me during the Entry Period will automatically enter you into the Giveaway. Each purchase counts as one entry. Additionally, if your friends purchase a YesChef subscription using the unique sharing link provided upon purchase, you will receive an additional entry for each friend who makes a purchase.
- Manual Entry (for residents of the United States only): You can manually enter the Giveaway by visiting https://yeschef.me/jo-giveaway and signing up with your email address. If you subsequently make a purchase during the Entry Period, you will receive a total of one entry into the Giveaway.
Winner Selection and Notification: Three winners will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winners will be announced on the following dates: July 9, 2023, August 16, 2023, and September 24, 2023. Winners will be notified via email to the address provided during entry. If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours or fails to comply with the Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize: Three Jamie Oliver Gift Packs, valued at $205 USD each, will be awarded. Each Gift Pack includes a premium-quality set of 3 chef knives, 1 cutting board, 1 enamel bake tray, 1 peeler, and 1 autographed cookbook. The prize will be delivered by post to the winners’ residential addresses. No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The winners are responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude certain geographic locations from prize delivery if deemed unreasonable or if shipping to such locations is not feasible or restricted by law. In the event that a selected winner resides in a location that is deemed unreasonable or restricted, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, choose an alternative winner or provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The determination of unreasonable shipping locations shall be made by the Sponsor in its sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
Grant of Rights: By entering the Giveaway, each entrant grants Sponsor the right to use their name and any information provided for the purpose of administering the Giveaway. By submitting a Submission, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive license to use the Submission for promotional purposes.
General Rules: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Giveaway at any time. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates the Official Rules. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
Disputes: Any disputes arising out of or related to the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
