I enjoyed my first lesson on YesChef. There are a host of talented chefs demonstrating and providing techniques with explanations as to why they work which I found extremely helpful. Planning on enjoying my lessons over the course of my subscription. I would recommend this app to anyone who enjoys cooking and learning new recipes from around the globe.

Yes! to YesChef! I am absolutely loving it. I signed up because I want to improve my cooking skills and I loved the idea of a documentary on each chef plus their cooking lessons. I was not expecting to be SO blown away by the quality of each lesson, the filming is superb. It’s not just the chef in a kitchen demonstrating, it is a whole panorama of their life, their story, their work, their creativity. I highly recommend YesChef. The added bonus is that now I am learning while watching something, rather than just binge-watching a TV series which was also part of a personal aim for me, to watch more educational/lifestyle series. Well worth the financial cost, too, a bargain in my view. Yes!Chef.

YesChef brings cooking to life with stories about the country and the people, providing depth to your cooking experience. While it takes a bit more time than other cooking guides, it connects you to the food you are preparing.

I’m getting taught how to cook. There is a huge difference between watching someone cook a recipe on television and having someone explain how to do things. The instructors explain the reasoning behind the approach to the dish. They also include tips for success and how to manage and understand ingredients.

YesChef has opened up a new world of culinary knowledge, to augment my thirst for learning new techniques, improving my recipes, and laying a sumptuous table to enjoy with the people I love. Learning about great chefs inspires me to try new cuisines, vicariously traveling the world throughout the year by trying new dishes. The children and I have loved using this cooking platform. Easy to use and children inspired to cook with me rather than waiting for dinner to turn up, even suggesting food to cook at the weekend! Our 10-year-old has loved learning about why Jamie Oliver cooks the food he does and how he got to where he is! I am looking forward to enjoying the meals they create soon!

A culinary odyssey. YesChef is some of the finest content for novice and professional chefs alike. I have thoroughly enjoyed the documentaries, followed by fabulous guided recipes “in motion”. Take a journey around the world! You will be completely inspired and learn wonderful techniques and cooking styles through well-curated videography. This was a favorite gift and purchase of 2023.

The chefs are very didactic and enthusiastic! Nancy Silverton and Jamie Oliver were the first two chefs that I watched, listened to, and learned from. Their ability to not only explain the “how to” but also demonstrate is invaluable. I look forward to following the other chefs in this program.

Bought YesChef on a whim now love the lessons and my Yorkshire puddings, as a result of tips learned, are now legendary according to my family, or known as mini volcanoes according to my grandchildren. Highly recommend down-to-earth no no-fuss easy instruction and I can use the app wherever I go be it in the kitchen or at a campfire. love it.

I enjoy watching a long version of How to Cook. Jamie Oliver’s lesson on making pasta is a good example of taking your time to make a delicious meal. Of course, he has made this on other shows but his insights on YesChef make a difference for home cooks like me.

I have made several recipes from the chefs featured on this website. First, everything I’ve made turned out magnificently. Second, the walk-throughs by each chef and the lists of ingredients and step-by-step instructions are super helpful and make me feel more confident in the end product.

YesChef customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the help they provided. I was originally not satisfied with their solution to an issue I had and I told them so. They worked through the issues with me via multiple timely messages (with a real person) to make sure I was completely satisfied. They even went beyond what would satisfy me which I was not expecting and did not ask for. That impressed me very much.

Loved the content, I have signed up for other cooking online subscription content before, MasterClass, for example, and YesChef really delivers good content. I also really like the structure of how the content is organized and the feel of it as well. My personal favorite is Francis Mallman, but there are many wonderful chefs and many recipes I’ve made. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed all the videos and great recipes on YesChef! I bought a year for my son who is quite a home chef and we had some glorious meals at his home. They have great customer service and get back to you quickly with any questions. Enjoy.
