I have to admit, I must have seen the 3 part films about 5 times now. The way Jamie explains with great passion and heart is great. I attempted my first roast recently, and it came out pretty well. Am looking to perfect it with time, and hopefully, one day get to Jamie’s level of roast. Time will tell… 😁 Thanks for the great lesson, Jamie.

I made this recipe today, and oh my god! it was a success. I didn’t have pomegranate so I used raspberry instead and it was so good. the rice was super fluffy, and the squash was delicious with the skin on. I also replaced the curry leaves with basil as I didn’t find curry leaves anywhere. What a joy of a recipe!

So looking forward to this. My wife is gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and legume-free. Totally intolerant. But hopefully, we can use some substitutes that are more readily available now. We eat no red meat, no shellfish, and don’t no pork, but love salmon and chicken. I’ve watched many of your videos and feel sure that you can change our lives! So here we go! Steve

The first time tried chimichurri, mixed in some basil as I had some, and replaced red wine vinegar with white wine vinegar as this is what I had at home and it was really good!! Will try the original chimichurri sauce another time!! 🙂
