What a fantastic site! Amazing lessons and recipes with documentaries on each chef! I cooked along with Nancy Silverton and Asma Khan and both times the results were stellar. I highly recommend this site and its format to anyone wanting to lift their game in the kitchen be they beginner or advanced.
What made my experience a very happy one is that after watching a few of the chefs so far is that they explain the process(es) they are using. It’s very helpful to know what textures/consistencies should feel like and what you can expect from their recipes. I’m very very happy with YesChef!

I am always nervous of making pasta but I feel more confident about making it! My husband recently had a stroke, so this will be very therapeutic and he will love this as dish with home made pesto.
I made the Grilled & Roasted Stone Fruit, oh my goodness it was so delicious! The combination of ingredients was genius…sweet, crunchy and rich. Yum!
