Never would have thought making my own pasta was feasible. I also thought I’d skip this lesson in this class. I am Glad I didn’t. My 6 year old and I are going to make some! 🙂

I am always nervous of making pasta but I feel more confident about making it! My husband recently had a stroke, so this will be very therapeutic and he will love this as dish with home made pesto.
I made the Grilled & Roasted Stone Fruit, oh my goodness it was so delicious! The combination of ingredients was genius…sweet, crunchy and rich. Yum!

I tried this but smoked the steak at 180° until the internal temp hit 112° then reverse seared it on both sides over open wood fire. My family went completely nuts for it. This is my love language, so that you for sharing the love!
